FYI,

This article was just posted to rec.autos.4x4 and
rec.autos.maker.jeep+willys. A note of this has also
been added to my 4x4 club's webpage on supplier
recommendations and copied to our mailing list.
Since we are the largest club in Oregon, it should
reach a lot of people. I will also be adding it to
my web pages that I have been using to detail the
build-up of my Cherokee. Until now, I have been pleased
to report on the dealings I have had with vendors.

I'm sorry that you do not have the business sense
and customer support to go with what I still believe
to be good products. I sincerely hope that you can
learn from this and provide better customer relations
in the future.
